Natalie Kynoch Psychotherapist

Natalie Kynoch Psychotherapist & Counsellor

I offer a person-centred approach that is tailored for your specific needs. I don’t believe in offering a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to my clients’ healing. I understand that everyone is unique and have different needs and they’re looking for support in different aspects of their life. This is why I will work with you to understand what you’re looking for and how I can utilise help. No matter what your presenting issue might be or what you’re looking to gain from therapy, I’ll work with you to get a comprehensive understanding of your needs and utilise my skills and experience to find the right therapeutic approach to help you get what you need. I work in a way that takes into consideration how early life and experiences may be influencing you presently. My work is underpinned by developmental, relational and trauma informed approaches.

I’m aware the first step can feel daunting and you may feel apprehensive, this is totally normal. Whether you’re looking for a few sessions or would like longer term therapy, I’ll be able to create a completely bespoke approach while working in a trauma informed way. This means I recognise how trauma impacts a person’s life and can often show up in unexpected ways. Thanks to my experience working with young people and children, I am able to offer my services to clients of all ages.

I have advanced trauma training and extensive experience working with adults, children and adolescents. If you feel you may be suffering or struggling with any form of trauma PTSD, Phobia’s. anxiety, depression, work life balance, stress related issues, sexual abuse, loss and bereavement, relational and interpersonal issues or your child/adolescent is struggling I would love to hear from you. I have worked extensively with children and young people as a lead counsellor in both primary and secondary schools for several years, I have also gained invaluable experience having worked for MIND, a sexual abuse charity, parenting project and within my own private practice.
